The African Society for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (ASBCB) and the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) are organizing the ISCB Africa ASBCB 2019 conference(https://www.iscb.org/iscbafrica2019) that will take place in Kumasi, Ghana from November 11th to 13th including a half-day student symposium on the 11th morning. The conference will be followed by several workshops on the 14th and 15th of November.The call for oral and poster presentations proposals is now open until September 13th: https://www.iscb.org/iscbafrica2019-call/iscbafrica2019-oral-submission. A number of travel fellowships will be available for African based students.
